General Information

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you arrive before 2:00 PM, you may leave your luggage at the property. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with luggage storage available.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Which languages are spoken at the reception?

The reception staff speaks English, French, and Spanish.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located at Via de’ Martelli 8, just a few steps from the Duomo.
How to reach us from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station:

  • • On foot: about 10 minutes, walking along Via Panzani, then Via Cerretani to the Duomo. Via de’ Martelli is on the left.
  • • By taxi: about 5 minutes.


Florence Peretola Airport is about 7 km away (approximately 15 minutes by car).

  • • Taxi fare: approximately €30.
  • • Alternatively, take the T2 tram line to Santa Maria Novella station and continue on foot.

Is parking available?

The B&B has an agreement with a private garage (Garage Michelangelo, Via Ricasoli 28). Parking is not included in the reservation:

  • • €26 per 24 hours for standard cars
  • • €30 to €40 per 24 hours for SUVs or vans, depending on the vehicle

Is there an elevator?

Yes, the property is equipped with an elevator.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, free luggage storage is available.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, hairdryer, toiletries, and linens.
To make your stay more pleasant, rooms also include a kettle with tea and cookies, offering a light breakfast provided by the management.

Is there a city tax?

Yes, a city tax of €6 per person per night applies. Children under 12 years old are exempt.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and American Express.

Check-in takes place directly at the reception. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID and provide stay-related information.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is subject to room availability at the time of arrival. We recommend contacting us on the day of arrival to check if your room is ready.

Late check-out is subject to availability and requires an additional fee.

Do you organize tours or excursions?

We do not organize tours directly, but we can book excursions through local agencies such as Ciao Florence and My Tour.

Payments & cancellations

What are the cancellation policies?

Standard rate: free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the first night will be charged. Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
